I grow jiaogulan (Gynostemma pentaphyllum), but I'm not certain exactly how to dry, process, package and use it for tea. I'm not even exactly sure which parts of the plant are used-- leaves only? leaves and stems? Moreover, I am not certain whether it should be used in the manner of "loose" tea or bagged tea. Any advice or insight would be most gratefully received- I'm keenly interested in commercial production.
