what should you combine melissa tea (lemon balm tea) with?
I live in Western Ukraine and am trying to put together a recipe for what they call Carpathian tea. I have dried melissa, mint, savory, st.john wort, and leaves from wild blueberries (they also add chamomile). They put those together, but no exact recipe. I am afraid to "overdose" my family. How do I know what percenage of which herb is in that mix? Or what would be a good mix of those herbs? And another, I was told at my local market that I shouldn't put melissa (lemon balm) and mint together too much, since it would be too calming. Any thoughts?
