Tuna Sandwich Filling - Tea Party Sandwiches

This is a recipe for canned Tuna sandwich filling. You can dress it up however you like and there are a few options at the end of the recipe for you to try. Canned tuna is a favourite tea party sandwich filling and you can’t go wrong with this one.

• 2 cans of flaked white tuna, drained
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• Fresh cracked black pepper

This is a simple sandwich filling recipe and can be dressed up with options at the end of the recipe. This one is prettiest if you use brown bread to contrast the filling. If you use white, it is a bit plain looking. Once the tuna is drained, mash it with a fork in a large mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise and blend well. Green Onion – You can add a little color to this one using green onion. Just finely chop the green onion greens and mix into the tuna filling before you spread it out.
