In making tea sandwiches how to get the bread in different colors such as pink, light green, etc.,in order to make the sandwich more interesting.

Ask your local baker to provide the colored breads. You PreOrder them and your local baker will make you the color you want. Pink, Green, Blue or Yellow. I have even seen tea sandwiches using purple bread!!
You can have fun, and your baker will find it a nice change too.
Ask him or her to slice the extra long colored sandwich loaves long ways for you too. This makes assembly of the sandwiches much easier.
