You can save lots of money making instant ice tea at home versus buying it in a can or bottle.

The flavour are excellent and there is a huge variety now. One of my personal favorites is Nestea Sugar Free Ice Tea - single servings.

I just make it right in my bottle of water at my desk. There are a variety of flavors as well, not just traditional lemon ice tea. They offer green tea, raspberry flavor and a few others. The best part is they are sweetened with splenda, so they are sugar free and no calories!!

So, you can save money and not gain weight either. The flavor is A1 - this one is my favorite by far.

There are also other commercial instant ice teas on the market sweetened with splenda or aspartame. I personally try to stay away from the aspartame and have opted for the splenda sweetened varieties.
