How much rue tea should i drink?
Answer
Rue tea is a powerful herbal tea. It can have serious consequences. I do not recommend more than 1 cup of rue tea a day.
Rue is actually a poison. Large doses will or could harm you or even result in death. It also tastes horrific. Rue is very bitter and it has its uses, which you can read about on our Rue Tea page, but it is not something I would personally take.
I urge anyone considering ingesting rue tea to use extreme caution and be aware of the potential consequences.
