PMS Herbs & Tea

PMS Herbal Tea Recipe

  • 1 Tsp Vitex Berry, Wild Yam Root
  • 1/2 Tsp Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, Feverfew Leaf
  • 1 Quart Water
  • Bring fresh cold water to a boil in a non-aluminium pot. Remove the water from the heat, add the herbs and cover with a tight fitting lid. Steep the tea at least 20 minutes. Drink at least 1-2 cups a day.
