Peanut Butter & Jelly is easy, but there are two different instructions, and this one is actually better in a layered sandwich, Peanut Butter on one layer and the jelly or jam on the other. If you are rolling the sandwiches, simply spread the peanut butter all the way to the edges of the bread. Then spread the jam or jelly. Try not to mix the two as you are spreading them. It will give you a neater appearance when you slice the roll.
