Tea Party Sandwiches – Peanut Butter and Jam!

This one is for the kids and is pretty when you layer or roll the sandwiches. There are different color jellies to use, raspberry & grape are always a favourite with kids. You can make up a sandwich tray just for the little ones at your kids tea party.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Tea Party Sandwiches

  • Peanut Butter – Smooth works best
  • Jelly or Jam – Any flavour you like

Peanut Butter & Jelly is easy, but there are two different instructions, and this one is actually better in a layered sandwich, Peanut Butter on one layer and the jelly or jam on the other. This way you get no bleed between the two ingredients. . Instructions for Building Tea Party Sandwiches are on this page. If you are rolling the sandwiches, simply spread the peanut butter all the way to the edges of the bread. Then spread the jam or jelly. Try not to mix the two as you are spreading them. It will give you a neater appearance when you slice the roll.
