I HAVE BEEN TOLD RECENTLY THAT TEA CAN BE MADE FROM GREEN, FRESH PARSLEY LEAVES. DO I STEEP IT IN HOT WATER, OR DO I BOILT IT? I WANT TO USE IT AS A DIURETIC.
Yes, parsley tea is a diuretic and can help you to lose weight and keep slim and trim.
You do not boil the parsley, but you steep it like you would any other tea in water that has been boiled.
It is not one of my personal favorites for herbal tea - but it is indeed a great diuretic tea, and can really help you to shed unwanted pounds and get rid of bloating. Hope this helps.
