If you are new to herbal tea healing, this is a great recipe for many aches and pains, and to reduce swelling and inflammation caused by many conditions such as arthritis.

Inflammation and Pain Reducing Tea

• 1 cup of alfalfa leaves
• 1 cup of chamomile leaves
• 1/4 cup of dried ginger root
• 3 tbsp crushed willow bark

Blend all of the above herbal ingredients together. Store in an airtight jar (glass not plastic) and store in a cool dark place.

Make Pain & Swelling Reducing Tea

To make one cup of tea, pour 1 cup of fresh boiled water over 1 tbsp of the herbal tea blend above.

This tea is amazing for reducing the pain and swelling associated with arthritis.

Note: If willow bark is not available, you can omit this ingredient and still have a successful herbal tea remedy.
