Minty Lemon Chamomile Tea Recipe
2 tbs. dried peppermint
2 tbs. dried lemon balm
1 tsp. dried chamomile
put these ingredients in a tea ball in a 4-6 cup pot and brew for 3-6 minutes.
I drink it almost every night. It's great after eating too much or for relaxing before bed.
