Can Lipton green tea clean your system ? if so in how many days ?

Green tea is often used to help cleanse the system, but it is not a laxative tea or digestive cleanse by the sense of the word.

Green tea is full of antioxidants, helps with your skin, and has many other beneficial properties as well. I sometimes find it hard on my stomach, and many people claim it gives them gas.

Green Tea helps to increase the metabolism (caffeine) and can help you to burn excess calories. You will find it as a major ingredient in many diet suppplements.

Drinking fluids like tea, helps to purify our system from sugary drinks like sodas, and juices and of course there are no calories in plain green tea.
