Lipton Black Tea

I want to ask if Lipton Black tea is good for muscle relaxation? I have problems with my muscle it tends to get stiff especially when im on stress. I choose this over other herbal tea because it is more affordable in the market and easy to use. I can't get used to drink green tea i don't like the taste its like drinking a water!
