Kava Tea & Sperm Count Question
I wanted to know if mixing the kava powder and drinking it affects sperm count or quality.
Answer
I have not found any research on Kava Tea and sperm count - though there may be some out there. All I can tell you is that kava really will put you in a relaxed state and ease away all stress and tension.
This alone may help your sperm count to increase, however it is totally dependant on what has caused your lower levels.
If it is directly related to stress and anxiety, then kava tea may be a great help to you.
