Juniper berry and ginger

For one tea ball:

About 7 dried juniper berries
1-2 tsp dried ginger root
1/2 tsp fennel seeds


Simply put the ingredients in a tea ball and infuse in boiled water for about 5 mins and you have a tasty detox infusion. It will keep well in an airtight container.

Juniper berries and fennel seeds are readily available in the cooking section of supermarkets, and I read that ginger root can be grated and left to dry, though I used a dehydrator to dry mine.
