Drinking Tea for the Long Term
by: Anonymous

Tea is not really medicine, and all the health benefits that are reported about teas, be they green or white, are long term effects. You can't realistically expect to feel improvement just after switching teas. But you may add a year or two to your life, or you may avoid a certain disease.

I don't think there has ever been conducted a large scale study on all the effects of white tea vs. green tea, but green tea does undoubtedly have beneficial effects. It stands to reason that white tea is even better.
