Does oregano tea have caffeine which disrupts sleep patterns?

Perhaps add some chamomile to your tea - oregano chamomile herbal tea is a nice combination. There are other sedative herbs that you could try as well if oregano is affecting your sleep. Remember herbs can have different effects in different people.
You could try valerian root as well, it is a mild sedative.
Oregano tea is caffeine free, so it is perhaps just a reaction that you are having to the herb. A herbalist could also assist you with determining why this is occuring.
