i was loking for that tea also and i found out that it is the same name blue mallow, the citrus part is the lemon that see adds at the end, you can see it in this video with the real tea

this tea i think it is from france. but i kown a tea shop in the states that has it "the CROWN AND CRUPPETS TEA ROOM" you can google it. look for marie antoinette under black tea: in that tea they use blue mellow

I think it might be nettle tea with some other blend (nettle tea isn't blue but it turns pink when you add lemon to it...)

Yes the blue mallow tea is real. This tea is from china other common names for this tea is Other names:
Common Mallow, Schloss Tea, Althea zebrina, and French hollyhock, High Mallow

im the same ,i think the name is just blue mallow tea and to turn it pink like the anime just add some lemon juicse. thats all i know though sorry i couldnt help that much
