How to Make White Tea Extract?

how would you make white tea extract from lose white tea leafs (such as the silver needle variety)?
there seem to be many green tea extracts on sale in powedered form and in solution, but no white tea extracts.
i would be graeful if anybody could help.

Ive been looking for the same thing, however i found one for green tea that i am sure will work for white tea. Hope this helps.

Instructions
Things You'll Need:

* 2 clean containers, large enough to hold 4 cups of liquid. (At least one container should have a lid.)
* 3 1/2 oz. (about 7 tbsp.) of green (or white) tea
* 4 cups of still (not sparkling) mineral water
* Straining device, such as a sieve or cheesecloth

How To Make Green Tea Extract
1.
Step 1

Combine the tea with the mineral water.
2.
Step 2

Steep the tea at room temperature for 1 hour.
3.
Step 3

Pour the tea into the lidded container, straining the tea as you pour.
4.
Step 4

Refrigerate the covered tea extract.
5.
Step 5

Discard the loose tea or tea bags.
