Things You'll Need:
* 2 clean containers, large enough to hold 4 cups of liquid. (At least one container should have a lid.)
* 3 1/2 oz. (about 7 tbsp.) of green (or white) tea
* 4 cups of still (not sparkling) mineral water
* Straining device, such as a sieve or cheesecloth
How To Make Green Tea Extract
1.
Step 1
Combine the tea with the mineral water.

Steep the tea at room temperature for 1 hour.
