Hibiscus and Rose Hips tea
2 hibiscus flowers
1/4 cup rose hips, whole or ground (if ground, strainer is not needed)
Place rose hips in a pot with 1 cup of water. Bring to boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes. Place 2 hibiscus flowers in a cup. Pour brewed rose hips through a strainer into the cup. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes so the hibiscus flowers infuse.
The rose hips may be brewed more than 1 time. Just add water, again, then bring to boil. Turn off heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Both hibiscus and rose hips are edible.
