Tea vs water
by: Doris

My question re is tea just as good as plain water has to do with diet control and the fact that it is recommended that a person drink 8 glasses of water a day. The types of tea I drink are speciality teas - some being black, some oolong, some roiboos, some green, some flavored herbal teas, etc. All of them are "loose teas" that you would steep and most of them I buy at a speciality store here in Nova Scotia (also in Quebec and New Brunswick that I know of). See http://www.teaviews.com/category/tea-brands/davids-tea/ for an idea of the different types of tea I am speaking about.

Thanks for your response,

Doris
