I find that the best cure for midday sleepiness is a good nap.
Siesta
Maybe you could lay your head down in a dark room, or if not possible, put earplugs in your ears lay your head down on a desk, and take a nap that is fully engrossing, for up to 45 minutes.
Caffeine takes up to 30 minutes to have effect on sleepiness.
Also, a short walk outside, like 10 minutes, can rejuvenate.
If you can't do any of those things at work at 2 pm, I suggest just putting in earplugs for a bit. Blocking out one stimulation may be enough for you to restore yourself.
