Green Tea & Preganancy
by: Teya - Admin

Hi, and thank you for your question. In all the research and reading I have done on green tea, I have not ever seen green tea linked to damaging eggs.

The reasons for not drinking or consuming green tea while pregnant are related to caffeine, and even at that, many women have drank many types of tea and coffee through out their preganancies with little side effects, giving birth to healthy babies.

I am very sorry for your loss, but please do not blame yourself for taking the supplements, I do not think it was related.

I wish you the very best.
