Ginkgo, also known as Ginkgo Biloba is a unique tree that has no other like species. Ginkgo is often misspelled as Gingko. Ginkgo is one of the oldest trees and considered a living fossil with fossils found that date back over 250 million years.

The Ginkgo tree is a large tree that can grow up to 120 feet and live up to 1000 years old. The leaves are fan shape with 4 lobes and the tree produces inedible fruit which stores the seed.
