Ginger Peppermint Tea

Google

Ginger Peppermint Tea is the ultimate herbal tea for digestive ailments. Both Peppermint and Ginger are known for their soothing properties when it comes to upset stomachs.

Ginger as a herbal has the ability to warm the body through its thermogenic properties so it is great for someone with the chills or a flu.

These two herbs together in a tea offer the ultimate in a body warming, stomach calming tonic.

Ginger is also known for its anti inflammatory properties and has been proven in studies to provide relief from migraine headaches, muscle aches, and joint pain.

Peppermint is known to calm the muscles of the stomach. It has also been proven to treat bad breath, which is why we see gum and toothpaste flavored with peppermint.

Many books and research list ginger and peppermint as a diaphoretic tea, useful as a herbal recommendation for the comon cold.

A Diaphoretic Tea is one that promotes perspiration via warming from the inside out.
