Fertility Tea Recipe - Herbal Tea

Google

If you are looking for a Fertility Tea Recipe we have published 2 for you in this section.

As with all herbal remedies, you must be careful in self administering any type of herb. Some of the herbs that aid in fertility are very powerful and you need to be aware of this.

Herbs have a different affect on most people, some are more adapt to have just the affect desired, and some need more or less of a certain herb to achieve the desired results.

I have included a brief description of the herbs that are typically included in most Fertility Tea Recipes.

Red Raspberry Leaf & Fertility

Quote: "Raspberry works by helping the fertilized egg attach to the uterine lining and stay attached,” says Jennifer Brett, N.D., a naturopathic doctor at the Wilton Naturopathic Center in Stratford, Connecticut.

Red Raspberry leaves are also effective in toning the uterus, decreasing constipation, contain loads of minerals your body needs, and tones the muscles in the pelvic region.

Red Raspberry Leaf is a common ingredient in fertility teas.

Red Clover and Fertility

Red Clover is often said to be the single most useful herb in fertility. Red Clover, which is actually not red, but pink blossoms, has been said to restore and balance hormones within the body and nourish the uterus. It contains isoflavones. Isoflavones are an estrogen like compound that promotes estrogen production and may increase fertility in women. Red clover is also rich in magnesium and calcium and is documented to relax the nervous system.

The first recipe below is a safe Red Clover Herbal Tea Infusion.

Dong Quai and Fertility

Dong Quai is a traditional chinese herb used for centuries and known as the chinese fertility herb. Don Quai is a hormone regulator, but works best in conjunction with other hormone regulating herbs.

WARNING - This herb can cause uterine contractions, and should not be taken after ovulation as it could lead to a miscarriage or possibly to birth defects. Dang Quai should only be taken from the first day of a woman's period until ovulation has been detected. Please be cautious if incorporating this herb into a Fertility Tea.

Peppermint and Fertility

Peppermint is a common ingredient in Fertility teas to aid in the absorption of Red Raspberry Leaf nutrients. Also has a calming, soothing affect, and may have sexual stimulant properties. Be sure to include Peppermint if you are infusing with Red Raspberry Leaf.

Nettle Leaves and Fertility

Nettle Leaves can have a positive affect on a womans ability to conceive and maintain a full term pregnancy. Nettle is rick in vitamins and minerals that aid in overall excellent reproductive health. Nettle leaves are rich in calcium, potassioum, phosphorous, iron and sulfur.

Those are main ingredients in most Fertility Herbal Teas. Below are some recipes we have compiled, and hope you enjoy them and have success!
