Does anyone know a good herbal tea detox recipe?

Hi,

I am looking for a digestive system detox with herbal tea.

Does anyone out there have a good recipe or know of a good over the counter herbal tea that will provide detox qualities?

Also any comments on what others have tried for detox would help. I really want to go with something natural that isn't too hard on my body. (A gentle cleanse is what I am looking for!)

Any feed back will be much appreciated. I tried a detox from my health food guy and it made me feel really sick, so I am looking for something else.
