CV writing has appropriate rules of what should be included and not included in CV. In addition to essay writing companies, it depends on the particular person’s interests about what should be included in one’s CV or not.

Please I will like to know whether lipton tea contains caffeine and what is the side effect of this caffeine in the body.

Thank you.

Lipton tea does contain caffeine unless it states that it is decaffeinated. Caffeine can cause many different effects in different people. It can cause an increased heart rate, increased metabolism, the jitters, nervous feelings, anxious feelings, increased energy, wake up feeling, inability to sleep feeling and many other side effects can also be caused by caffeine drinks.

Hope this helps,

Drinking lipton first thing in the morning which has become my usual practice in order to lose weight. Could you please confirm whether this can reduce my weight because that is my intention of drinking it.

Comment from Crazy for Tea
In order to increase your metabolism - and burn fat - which will help you to lose weight, we recommend oolong tea. Lipton teas do not have the same effect on increasing metabolism as the oolong teas.

So, if you want to lose some weight - give it a try. It has worked very well for me.
