Red Clover Blossom the Fertility Herb

Scientists and researches have found identified estrogen-like substances called isoflavones and anticoagulant chemicals called coumarins in red clover herb. The part of the plant that is used is only the blossom and it is used in it's dried form. The isoflavones can increase fertility rates. It is also effective in menopausal women for decreasing the side effects suffered during menopause.

  • 1 ounce dried Red Clover Blossom - Organic if possible
  • 1 quart of fresh cold water - filtered pure water is best

Bring the water to a boil in a kettle. Place the Red Clover Blossoms in a jar or glass container, no plastics, with a tight fitting lid. Fill the container with the boiled water and make sure the lid is on tight. You do not want any steam to escape and the nutrients to evaporate.

Let the Tea infuse for at least 4 hours at room temperature, overnight is better. Drink 1 - 4 cups a day.
