Our cleansing tea recipe is great for the digestive system and body detox.

It is safe and proven to work to improve digestive disorders, cleanse the system and provide increased well being.

Cleansing Tea Recipe

• 1 cup dried peppermint leaves
• 1/2 cup dried, chopped dandelion root
• 1/4 cup whole allspice berries
• 2 tbsp ground ginger root
• 1 - 1 inch piece of licorice root, crushed
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Blend all ingredients together and store in a an airtight jar (use glass, not plastic) in a dark, cool place.

Making Cleansing Tea

to make a cup of tea simply pour 1 cup of fresh boiled water over 1 tbsp of the cleansing herbal tea blend. Drink your cleansing tea while it is hot, with your meal.
