Chai without milk?

Does green chai mean no milk? I love Chai tea with milk and sugar. I know the green version is probably healthier though.

Chai Green Tea - Diet Tea

I have had great success loosing weight with all types of green tea.

But I have to agree, chai green tea is one of my favorite too.

There are lots of variations of Chai Tea, and the main spice that gives it it's flavor is cardamom.

Chai teas often have a large cream or milk content, so you want to drink it without either of these if you are looking for a diet tea or tea to loose weight - in my opionion.

The green tea will boost your metabolism and help your body to burn more fat.
