Catnip Chamomile Tea Recipe

- .5 cup dried catnip
- .75 cup dried chamomile
- 1 cup dried lemon balm
- .25-.5 cup dried mint
- .25 cup dried lemon grass

He did not leave any instructions for us, just the ingredients - so Jeremy if you read this, please add your comments for brewing this tea.

Otherwise, here is what I would suggest.

Blend all of the dry ingredients above, store in a glass jar in a dark cool place. To make the tea, infuse 1 teaspoon of the catnip chamomile mixture for every 8 ounces of tea.

I would assume you can rebrew as well with this nice herbal blend.
