1 Teaspoon loose leaf black tea
1 pod of Cardamom, peeled
1 1/2 cups of boiled water
You can steep the tea and the cardamom as you normally would steep your tea. Just like with loose leaf tea, you can re steep the cardamom, just steep it a little longer on the next brew.
Sweeten with sugar and add milk if desired. It is delicious. Cardamom blends well with other herbs too. Some of the herbal companions to cardamom are:
