Arizona green tea is indeed TEA. Tea contains caffeine and it is NOT ADVISED to consume caffeine if you are pregnant.

Pregnancy and Caffeinated Tea or Coffee don't mix. So you need to find decaf varieties of your favorite beverages, including Arizona Green Tea.

There is Rooibos Tea, and certain herbal teas that are deemed safe to drink while you are pregnant.

There are also several teas that are blended for pregnant women, so these are all excellent too.
