Students should make report on the published research papers. They should give their own online dissertation writing analyses about the published work and share with teachers. They should give their argument in favor and against with justification.

Calming Tea - Stress Reducing Tea
by: Teya - Admin

Hi There,

I am not a physician so please consult with your doctors care giver before administering any herbal remedies or teas. But, I will try to offer some guidance, and then you can discuss these herbs and recipes with your care giver.

Stress Reducing Tea - We have a recipe for it on the site, visit it Stress Reducing Tea - Information

I am not sure about valerian and how it may interact with any medications your husband is taking, it has sedative type properties, please disucss this with your care giver.

I would also think about chamomile and lavender.... both of these are common herbs, but help to ease tension and stress. I am thinking they may be safer to use than the valerian, but again please check them out with a medical practitioner as I am not sure about drug interactions.

Here are the links on our site for both of those herbs:

Chamomile - Herbal Information and there is a tea recipe there.

There is a tea recipe for lavender too.

Take care, I wish your husband a speedy recovery.
