best green tea for weight loss

I was taking mega-T green tea with hoodia in it and have had dizzy spells is it the green tea or the hoodia that could be causing the dizzyness?

If I drink just green tea brewed in a cup can that cause dizzyness?I was told it is great for weight loss but do not want to sufer from dizzy spells....also can green tea raise your blood pressure?
