Here is a nice anise herbal tea for you to try at home. The warm licorice scent is amazing.
Anise Leaf Tea
1 cup of boiled water
1 teaspoon dried anise leaf
honey to taste
Simply steep the anise leaves for 3-4 minutes, sweeten with honey and enjoy the wonderful licorice tea.
Place the rooibos loose tea and the anise seed in a tea infuser, pour the fresh boiled water over the rooibos and anise. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes. Sweeten with honey if desired.
