500g Loaf Chicken
4 Shallot Stems
1 x block of Spredable Philly Cheese

Slice off Crusts.
Chop Shallots.
Spread Cream Cheese on both pieces of bread - one side only.
lay Loaf Chicken on Bread
Sprinkle shallots on other piece of Cream Cheese Bread.

Serve Chilled.
