Sorry bit the recipe you gave is of Kashmiri tea Which is a also a type of green tea but it includes milk.And Afghan tea doesn't have milk in it.

its just afghan tea (u can buy at an afghan store)
boiled hot hot water!!
and cardmom
so u put it about 10 cups of water
2 tablespoon of green tea
and add a dash of cardmom (eat indian spice)
and wuh la!!

Here is what I found for you. As I am not really sure what you are asking for this is a recipe for traditional Afghan Tea.

Recipe makes 2 servings


Ingredients
2 cups whole milk
4-5 whole green cardamom pods
3 tea bags (black or green)
3-4 teaspoons sugar
Directions
You have to 'bruise' the cardamon by smacking with a rolling pin or other object to open the pods.

Place the cardamom, milk & tea bags in a pan & slowly simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, mix in sugar (optional) & pour into cups to serve.
