Does Blue Mallow Tea actually turn pink when citrus is added to it?

Answer
Yes, to my knowledge, the citrus reacts with the blue mallow and you get a pink tea.

Specifically, I have been told you use lemon juice - I have not heard of using orange juice or any other type of citrus, like lime etc, to have the blue mallow tea turn pink.
