Hello,
I drink green tea everyday and also take multivitamins along with fish oil (Omega-3). I heard of the benefits green tea has to offer, but in some cases I heard it can also help get rid of some fat or help with digestion. My question is; Is it possible that the Omega-3s may not get absorbed properly while taking them with warm green tea or can they coexist together and benefit me all together???
